Fall 07 IM sports thread
We're thinking of moving to soccer this fall, but our other options are:
Flag football (again)
Ultimate frisbee
Volleyball
Dodgeball
If you have thoughts on what we ought to do, whether it's endorsing soccer or advocating something else, please post in the comments.

I'd like to play soccer or flag football, but in a tie I would say soccer.

I'm leaning towards volleyball due to its lack of running and freedom from the weather (inside I assume). Since votes are so widespread we could use a weighted ranking system. Maybe our top three choices(7pts, 4pts, and 3pts respectively)? Final tally in 901 Friday or via email by soccer sign-up eve--if that sounds like it'll work. Being unemployed, the game schedule isn't an issue for me yet.

What, no votes for dodgeball? Patches O'Hoolihan would be ashamed.
I'm up for anything but Volleyball (I'm short and have no vertical). And maybe not football, given that we were spanked repeatedly last year.
I vote for soccer, in light of our disastrous football performance last year.
I'd be up for any of them, with the caveat that I suck at all of them.

i like games. i'd put football and ultimate in my top tier and soccer and volleyball in my bottom tear. sorry jasun, judging by our past mediocrity, i'm going not going to endorse any sport that revolves around people throwing things at me.
then again, my night schedule is pretty craptastic, so i'm only available monday and maybe tuesday nights.
